The lower level is a retreat of its own, featuring two luxurious King suites with private en-suite bathrooms. The downstairs living room, complete with a second large screen TV with, satellite service, third coffeemaker, and beverage fridge, is the perfect spot for movie nights, playing cards, or quiet moments of relaxation.

Guests are welcome to bring or rent a boat to make the most of their stay. The boat and boat lift at the home are NOT available for guest use. 

Lake levels are managed by Duke Energy and may fluctuate. Please check with us before bringing your boat to ensure smooth sailing. 

Boat trailers are not permitted within the gated neighborhood, but we are happy to help source storage for boat trailers and a public boat launch just minutes away as needed upon booking.
