Lee, hailing from Charleston, WV, is a Clemson University graduate with a degree in Business Management, specializing in entrepreneurship. He started his real estate journey while still in college, investing and renting properties. His hands-on expertise is the perfect blend of creative insight and professionalism. 

On the other hand, Jill, a Charleston, SC native, earned her degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. After six enriching years in a corporate role, she decided to resign and stay home after welcoming their daughter, a decision that marked the beginning of our family-focused business. 

Our story began with the management of our own long-term rental properties in Clemson and Seneca. After some frustrating situations with tenants, we were led to convert one of our homes into a short term rental, which quickly flourished. The success prompted other homeowners in our area to entrust their vacation homes to us, as well. Through years of hard work, experience, and a shared love for renovating homes and designing interiors, we've built a business that cares for homes as if they were our own. 

As a family with three beautiful children—Josie, Keller, and Archie—we understand the importance of quality time, relaxation, and the joy of exploring. Vacation is a cherished time, and we've personally experienced the joys of staying in vacation rentals, making us well-aware of what guests are looking for during their stay.
